This place was absolutely perfect. The beds are clean and comfortable, the bathroom was spotless. Try as I might I could not even find a speck of dust, fingerprint or smudge mark. Often times places of such elegance tend to make one uncomfortable for fear of disturbing the pristine ambience. That could not have been further from the truth here. Todd was a wonderful host. He went out of his way to cater to one’s every need.

The charm of this home was exceptionally spectacular, the photos do not do it justice. I could not find a SPECK of dirt, dust, or stray hair anywhere – 11/10 for cleanliness! The host was kind and welcoming. We stayed in the Marilyn Room and thought it was absolutely stunning, the bathroom had modern updates and it was large enough to fit a pack and play and a couple air mattresses if needed!

I cannot express how beautiful this property is. You can tell that Todd put a lot of thought into every detail of the B&B. The bathroom was pristine and wonderful and the bed was comfy. The breakfast service was one of my favorite parts of our stay-the young woman who helped us out was absolutely delightful to talk to and she knew so much about the house’s history. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

- Check-in is available from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm only. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time so we can be prepared for your arrival.
- For late check-ins: A fee of $20 per hour applies for late check-ins after 11:00 pm, which are subject to staff availability and not guaranteed. If no staff is available, we cannot accommodate late check-ins after 11:00 pm. Please contact us at (402) 874-2000 to request a late check-in.
- For early check-in requests, please contact us at (402) 874-2000.
- Should your confirmed arrival time change on the day of arrival, please notify us immediately.
- Upon check-in, the person whose name the room is booked under must present a valid government-issued ID (no photocopies or digital copies are allowed). We cannot accept overnight stay requests without a valid ID.
- Checkout time is no later than 11 AM. If you need a later departure time, please notify us, and we will accommodate when possible.
- Luggage storage is available if needed.
- Guests may cancel free of charge up to 2 days before arrival.
- Guests will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 2 days of arrival.
- To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, we have specifically configured two of our rooms to accommodate children under the age of 12: the Norma and Dorothy rooms.
- All other rooms and suites are reserved for adults and children aged 12 and above.
- If you have children with you, please ensure they behave and follow all rules. Do not allow them to run down the halls, jump on furniture, or disturb other guests.
